What we build

Five disciplines, one way of working

A customer portal, an internal platform, a mobile app or a fleet of connected devices. Whatever the project, the foundations are the same: understand the problem properly, get something usable in front of people early, and stay accountable for it long after launch.

01 — Custom software development

Software built around your problem

Some problems do not fit an off the shelf product. When a business needs something that does not exist yet, or has outgrown the system it started on, our Dubai engineering team scopes it, designs it and builds it.

  • Discovery first. We start with your operation, your people and your constraints, then design software that fits them rather than the other way round.
  • Full stack delivery. Back end services, web front ends, mobile apps and hardware integration from one accountable team.
  • Proven foundations. Bespoke work reuses the platform components behind our own products, so nobody pays us to solve problems we solved years ago.
  • Long term support. We stay with the software after launch, with maintenance and roadmap development agreed up front rather than negotiated in a crisis.
02 — Web & mobile applications

The part your customers actually touch

A good application disappears. People get what they came for and carry on with their day. That takes design and engineering working together from the start, not one handed to the other halfway through.

  • Customer facing portals. Accounts, ordering, booking, billing and self service, so your team stops being the interface to your own business.
  • Internal tools. The unglamorous screens your staff live in for eight hours a day, built to be fast and obvious rather than impressive in a demo.
  • Mobile applications. iOS and Android from a shared codebase where that makes sense, fully native where the job demands it.
  • Accessible and responsive. Keyboard usable, screen reader friendly and sensible on a small screen, treated as part of the build rather than a later fix.
03 — Cloud, data & integration

Make separate systems behave like one

Plenty of organisations do not have a software problem so much as six systems that refuse to talk to each other. We connect them, then turn what they collectively know into something a person can act on.

  • Integrations and APIs. Documented, versioned interfaces between your systems, your suppliers' systems and whatever you buy next.
  • Dashboards and reporting. Live operational views and long term analysis, exportable to the reporting tools your team already uses.
  • Data pipelines. Collection, validation and storage built so the numbers can be trusted, reconciled and audited months later.
  • Cloud and deployment. Hosting, release pipelines, backups and monitoring sized for the load you actually have, at a cost you can predict.
04 — Connected systems & IoT

Software for things that are not computers

Meters, sensors, gateways, vehicles and machinery. Getting hardware online and keeping it there is a discipline of its own, and it is one we have spent years getting good at.

  • Multi network support. Cellular, RF mesh and fixed IP connections managed side by side, with automatic failover where the hardware allows it.
  • Device lifecycle management. Commission, configure and retire devices remotely, including over the air firmware updates in controlled batches.
  • Vendor neutral. We integrate hardware from many manufacturers, so a mixed estate is not a problem and you are never locked to one supplier.
  • Store and forward. Data buffered at the edge during outages, then reconciled automatically once the connection returns.
05 — Energy platforms

The sector we know best

Energy is where we have gone deepest. Metering, network monitoring and revenue protection are genuinely hard problems, and solving them properly for one operator turned into Kilowatic, the platform we now deliver in several markets.

  • Metering and connectivity. Bringing meters and network assets online at estate scale, whatever the mix of vendors and hardware generations.
  • Monitoring and analytics. Consumption, generation and device health across a whole portfolio, from a single feeder to a national fleet.
  • Theft and tamper detection. Cover removal, magnetic interference and reverse energy flow, plus anomaly models that surface the quiet diversions nobody reports.
  • Case management. Every suspected theft becomes a tracked case with the evidence already attached, ready for field investigation and recovery.
